The board of JTR Consultancy Services assumes a crucial leadership role within the organization. Among its wide-ranging responsibilities are overseeing corporate governance, establishing financial targets, and offering guidance to subsidiary company boards. Additionally, the holdings board holds authority in endorsing business strategies, and it exercises its decision-making power over all matters pertaining to mergers, acquisitions, and disposals.

Comprising the operational executive, this team convenes on a biannual basis under the stewardship of the group’s chief executive officer. Its primary objective is to effectively execute sanctioned projects and initiatives, while also conducting comprehensive evaluations of the group’s operations. Furthermore, the operational executive bears the responsibility of upholding the organization’s business values and standards, ensuring their steadfast adherence throughout the group’s endeavors.
